Types of Cookies
Essential cookies support login, account access, security, session management, and core Site functionality.
Performance and analytics cookies help us understand Site usage, improve functionality, identify errors, and measure performance.

Affiliate, referral, invite, and sponsor cookies are administrative tracking tools. They do not guarantee compensation, commissions, referral fees, overrides, residuals, revenue shares, bonuses, accepted referral credit, program eligibility, or any economic result.
Cookies and tracking systems can expire, be blocked, fail, be cleared, be overwritten, be disabled, be manually entered incorrectly, or not apply to a specific opportunity, browser, device, account, session, form, or third-party process. Tracking may also fail or be incomplete if a user or invitee clears cookies, blocks cookies, uses private/incognito browsing, changes devices, changes browsers, uses different accounts, uses browser extensions, waits beyond a cookie or tracking period, does not use the correct referral/invite/affiliate link, or does not enter a required sponsor, invite, referral, affiliate, or tracking code where requested.
Users are responsible for using the correct links, codes, forms, sponsor fields, referral fields, invite fields, affiliate fields, registration processes, and opportunity-specific processes. Users should keep their own records of invitations, links, screenshots, dates, confirmations, emails, applications, sponsor/referral entries, and vendor/program confirmations. Tracking issues should be reported promptly through the support desk.

Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality, login, community access, course progress, referral tracking, checkout, or other features.

10. User Content, Intellectual Property & Posting Rules
“User Content” includes posts, comments, profile information, photos, videos, documents, messages, testimonials, reviews, group discussions, course comments, files, links, ideas, feedback, submissions, and other content users provide.
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights you grant under these Policies.
By posting, uploading, submitting, or sharing User Content on the Site, you grant the Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, transmit, modify for formatting, adapt for platform functionality, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, protect, improve, and provide the Site and related services.
This license includes the right to display your User Content to other users according to Site features, group settings, privacy settings, and platform functionality.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have permission to post your User Content.
- Your User Content does not violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, contracts, or law.

All Site materials, including text, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, software, code, courses, training materials, videos, documents, workflows, layouts, community structure, program descriptions, business materials, and protected opportunity materials, are owned by the Owner, licensors, vendors, providers, or applicable third parties.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, license, distribute, scrape, download in bulk, reverse engineer, or exploit Site content without written permission.
Course and training materials may not be copied, downloaded, redistributed, sold, used to create competing materials, shared outside the Site, or used for unauthorized business purposes unless expressly allowed.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, improvements, feature requests, or feedback, you grant the Owner the right to use them without restriction or compensation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
We may remove, hide, restrict, or modify the display of User Content at any time if we believe the content violates these Policies, law, third-party rights, community standards, platform integrity, or business interests.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, including any copyright or DMCA-related concern, contact us through the support desk listed in the Contact / Support section. We may require additional information to evaluate the request, including enough information to identify the allegedly infringing material, the claimed rights involved, the location of the material on the Site, and contact information for follow-up.
11. Affiliate, Referral, Invite & Sponsor Tracking Rules
The Site may use affiliate, referral, invite, sponsor, opportunity, and attribution systems to help track how users join, participate, refer others, and enter certain programs or opportunities.
The Site may use:
- Affiliate links.
- Invite links.
- Referral codes.
- Sponsor fields.
- Upline fields.
- Registration forms.
- Opportunity forms.
- Tracking cookies.
- CRM records.
- Manual registration records.
- Third-party vendor/provider records.
- Program applications.
- Dashboards.
- Written confirmations.
- Other tracking or attribution systems.
Affiliate, referral, invite, sponsor, and opportunity tracking is for administrative tracking and attribution support.
Tracking does not guarantee:
- Compensation.
- Commissions.
- Referral fees.
- Overrides.
- Residuals.
- Downline income.
- Revenue shares.
- Bonuses.
- Acceptance into any opportunity.
- Vendor approval.
- Provider approval.
- Client approval.
- Program eligibility.
- Any economic result.
Affiliate codes, referral links, invite links, tracking cookies, sponsor fields, upline fields, dashboards, CRM records, and other tracking systems may expire, fail, be incomplete, be blocked, be cleared, be overwritten, be manually entered incorrectly, be overridden, or not apply to a specific opportunity. Tracking may also fail if a user or invitee uses a different browser, device, account, or private/incognito session; clears or blocks cookies; fails to use the correct link; fails to enter a required sponsor/upline/referral/affiliate code; waits beyond the applicable tracking period; or uses a vendor/provider process outside Site tracking. Some vendors, providers, or programs may not use Site tracking at all.
Users are responsible for:
- Using the correct invite link, referral code, sponsor field, upline field, registration form, opportunity form, and program-specific process.
- Correctly identifying their inviter, sponsor, agent, associate, partner, referring participant, referring organization, or required attribution path where requested.
- Ensuring, where practical, that people they invite use the correct link and enter required referral, sponsor, upline, invite, or affiliate codes where such fields are provided.
- Confirming program-specific instructions before registering or submitting opportunities.
- Keeping their own records of invitations, referrals, screenshots, confirmations, dates, emails, applications, sponsor/upline/referral entries, deal submissions, and vendor/program confirmations.
- Reporting tracking issues promptly through the support desk.
- Understanding that a Site dashboard may not be final proof of compensation, eligibility, or accepted referral credit.
Each opportunity, vendor, provider, program, promotion, referral arrangement, or compensation structure may have different rules. Some opportunities may pay one level deep. Some may pay multiple levels. Some may pay only the person bringing in the deal. Some may pay the Owner only. Some may pay directly through a vendor, provider, or third-party program. Some may not pay any referral or affiliate compensation.
The Site Policies are not the complete compensation agreement for every opportunity. Specific compensation rights, vendor terms, payment timing, portals, tracking, residuals, overrides, eligibility, and service-specific rules are controlled by the applicable opportunity-specific terms, vendor/provider terms, written agreement, approved process, portal terms, or written confirmation.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states that ACE is the paying party, compensation, if any, is generally subject to the applicable vendor/provider/third-party terms and actual payment by the responsible party. ACE is not responsible for vendor, provider, or third-party payment failures, denials, delays, claw backs, errors, eligibility decisions, portal issues, term changes, or nonpayment except where a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Accepted referral credit or compensation rights, if any, are protected when confirmed by applicable written program terms, vendor/provider terms, approved process, or written confirmation. Accepted referral credit does not create ownership or control over a client, vendor, provider, program, relationship, opportunity, or member.
No universal downline, override, residual, commission, referral compensation, or affiliate compensation structure applies across the entire Site.
If you promote, recommend, endorse, share, or invite others to a product, service, course, program, opportunity, or community feature where you may receive compensation, referral credit, commissions, benefits, discounts, points, rewards, or other value, you must clearly and honestly disclose that relationship. This disclosure should be made whenever you use or share a referral link, affiliate link, invite link, compensated recommendation, compensated introduction, or similar opportunity-related communication, including in writing, online, by email, by direct message, on social media, in a presentation, on a call, or in a meeting.
Simple disclosure examples may include:
- “I may receive compensation or referral credit if you participate.”
- “I may receive referral credit if you join or purchase through my link.”
- “ACE or I may receive compensation if you choose to move forward.”
- “Compensation, if any, depends on the applicable program or vendor terms.”
Users do not need to disclose exact commission amounts, percentages, pay plans, overrides, or referral percentages in the general website policy context unless required by law, platform rules, vendor/provider rules, or opportunity-specific terms. Opportunity-specific terms, vendor/provider rules, platform rules, or approved materials may require additional or more specific disclosures.
Users may not make:
- Guaranteed-income claims.
- Guaranteed-approval claims.
- Guaranteed-savings claims.
- Exaggerated earnings claims.
- Misleading business-opportunity claims.
- False compensation claims.
- Unauthorized vendor/provider claims.
- Claims that contradict official program terms.
- Claims that imply all users will earn money.
- Claims that imply all referrals create compensation.
Some opportunities may require approved marketing language, approved disclosures, approved scripts, approved presentations, approved links, approved forms, or pre-approval of user-created materials. Users must follow opportunity-specific instructions.
12. Business Opportunity, Earnings & Results Disclaimer
The Site may discuss business opportunities, affiliate/referral programs, consulting opportunities, vendor/provider programs, educational programs, professional-growth opportunities, savings concepts, income concepts, commissions, overrides, residuals, case studies, testimonials, or general compensation concepts.
The public website policy does not include service-specific compensation plans, pay tables, or earnings examples. Specific compensation information, if any, will be handled in the applicable service-specific, opportunity-specific, vendor-specific, training, written agreement, portal, or written confirmation materials.
No earnings, savings, business success, personal success, referral credit, compensation, program participation, vendor approval, provider approval, client approval, lead, sale, opportunity, or specific result is guaranteed by joining, accessing, or using the Site.
Any examples, projections, case studies, testimonials, compensation illustrations, savings illustrations, income illustrations, or success stories, if provided in a service-specific training or other authorized material, are examples only unless expressly stated otherwise in an applicable written agreement. They do not guarantee that you or anyone else will achieve the same or similar results.
Results may vary based on many factors, including individual effort, skill, experience, market conditions, timing, program rules, vendor/provider approval, client approval, compliance requirements, licensing requirements, marketing quality, lead quality, professional network, follow-up, geography, and changes in laws, rules, vendors, providers, products, compensation structures, or market demand.
Any compensation depends on the applicable written program terms, vendor/provider terms, eligibility, approval, accepted referral credit, proper tracking, proper registration, written confirmation, and actual payment by the responsible party.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states that ACE is the paying party, ACE is not responsible for vendor, provider, or third-party payment failures, denials, delays, clawbacks, errors, eligibility decisions, portal issues, or nonpayment.
Users are responsible for reading applicable program terms, confirming compensation rules in writing, using correct registration and sponsor/referral processes, keeping their own records, following applicable laws and rules, and consulting qualified advisors where appropriate.
Users may not make earnings, savings, results, business-opportunity, or compensation claims unless they are truthful, not misleading, authorized, properly disclosed, and supported by appropriate written substantiation where required.
Users must use approved language and materials where required for income, savings, compensation, regulated, professional, health, tax, legal, financial, insurance, employee-benefit, lending, investment, or similar claims.
Programs, compensation structures, vendors, providers, opportunities, rules, prices, availability, and terms may change at any time. Vendor changes are handled by the applicable opportunity-specific, vendor/provider, program, or written terms, with reasonable notice where practical.

Content posted by users reflects the views of the users who posted it, not necessarily the Owner or Community. We do not verify all user statements and are not responsible for decisions made based on user posts or comments.
Use of the Site does not create an attorney-client, tax-advisor, financial-advisor, investment-advisor, insurance-advisor, doctor-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or professional relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
14. Commerce, Digital Products, Physical Products, Fulfillment, Refunds & Cancellations
The Site is currently free, but future paid offerings may include memberships, courses, events, subscriptions, digital products, downloads, physical products, merchandise, third-party fulfilled products, and other paid items.
Refund, cancellation, return, and access rules may vary by product, service, course, membership, event, subscription, digital item, physical item, merchandise item, or other paid offering. As a general default, payments are non-refundable once paid unless the applicable product-specific, store-specific, event-specific, subscription-specific, checkout-specific, opportunity-specific, or written terms state otherwise, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Each product, service, course, membership, event, subscription, digital item, physical item, or paid offering may have its own pricing, access rules, refund rules, cancellation rules, return rules, fulfillment terms, restrictions, expiration dates, and eligibility requirements. Some products or services may be refundable or returnable, and others may not be refundable or returnable.
Before purchasing or enrolling in a paid product, course, service, event, subscription, or other paid offering, users should review the applicable product page, checkout page, store terms, event terms, subscription terms, linked terms page, or written terms. Those terms may state or link to price, billing type, refund rules, cancellation rules, return rules, access period, delivery/fulfillment method, support path, and other applicable terms.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Users agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We are not responsible for payment processor errors, bank fees, declined payments, card issuer decisions, payment delays, or third-party payment terms.
Prices may not include applicable taxes unless stated. Users are responsible for taxes, duties, import charges, or other fees where applicable.
Digital products may include downloads, templates, documents, videos, courses, recordings, guides, online access, community access, or other digital materials. Digital products may be non-refundable once paid, accessed, downloaded, delivered, made available, or used, unless product-specific terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
Courses and memberships may provide access for a limited time, the lifetime of the product, a subscription period, or another stated period. Courses and memberships may be non-refundable once paid or after access begins unless the applicable product page, checkout terms, service terms, or applicable law says otherwise. Access may be changed, suspended, terminated, or discontinued if the user violates policies, payment obligations, community rules, program rules, or applicable agreements. If subscriptions, recurring billing, auto-renewals, or free-to-paid trials are added, subscription-specific terms should explain the price, billing period, renewal terms, whether auto-renewal applies, any required renewal notices, cancellation process, trial terms if any, trial-conversion terms, refund terms, access after cancellation, and how to update payment methods. If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, that conversion should be clearly identified before enrollment or purchase. Users should review the applicable subscription, checkout, product, or written terms for the specific renewal, cancellation, notice, and refund rules that apply to that offering. If an offering is free, it should be clearly identified as free.
Event terms may vary by event. Event registrations may be free, paid, non-refundable, transferable, non-transferable, or subject to deadlines, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, or access rules stated on the event page or checkout page.
Physical products and merchandise may be sold through the Site and fulfilled by third-party vendors, manufacturers, printers, warehouses, shipping partners, or fulfillment providers.
Third-party fulfilled products may be subject to third-party terms, fulfillment timelines, inventory availability, production schedules, shipping methods, return rules, replacement rules, and warranty limitations.
Shipping timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If no shipping time is stated, shipping expectations will be handled according to applicable law and posted terms. Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, customs, weather, emergencies, third-party fulfillment delays, or events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law says otherwise.
Users should report lost, damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products promptly through the support desk and include order number, photos where applicable, shipping information, and relevant details.
Refund and return rights may vary by product. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, store terms, checkout terms, event terms, subscription terms, linked terms page, or required by law:
- Digital products may be non-refundable once paid, accessed, downloaded, delivered, made available, or used.
- Courses and memberships may be non-refundable once paid or after access begins.
- Event tickets may be subject to event-specific refund deadlines.
- Physical products may be subject to third-party return windows, condition requirements, shipping costs, restocking fees, or non-returnable item rules.
- Custom, made-to-order, personalized, downloadable, or digital items may be non-refundable.
Canceling an account may not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions, vendor agreements, payment plans, or external programs.
Users should contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Improper chargebacks may result in account restrictions, loss of access, collection efforts, or dispute actions where permitted by law.
Products, prices, features, bonuses, discounts, courses, memberships, events, and offerings may change or be discontinued at any time.
15. Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, Community Privacy, Protected Opportunities & Non-Circumvention
The Site is an invite-only or accepted-member community that may include private discussions, private groups, training materials, business-development information, member information, vendor/provider information, program details, compensation concepts, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, protected opportunities, and other confidential or non-public information.
By registering, checking the policy agreement box, accessing, or using the Site, you agree to protect confidential information, private community information, protected relationships, protected opportunities, and approved referral paths as described in these Policies.
Plain-English Fairness Summary
The non-circumvention rules are intended to protect trust and fairness. If Consulting Ace, the ACE Community, an inviter, sponsor, agent, associate, partner, or another properly involved participant introduces, invites, sponsors, refers, routes, develops, contributes to, or helps create a protected opportunity path, users may not use ACE access, private information, training, vendor paths, client paths, referral paths, sponsor paths, opportunity materials, or community-created deal flow to cut that person or ACE out of the opportunity.
These rules are not intended to stop users from lawful unrelated business, public information, prior relationships, or independently developed opportunities. They are intended to stop unfair bypassing, misuse of confidential information, and cutting out people or entities properly involved in an accepted referral or opportunity path.
Mutual Community Privacy
The Owner protects user information through the Privacy Policy. Users must also protect private community information, private group discussions, confidential information, member information, protected opportunities, sponsor/referral paths, training materials, vendor/provider information, business-development information, and confidential business information.
Users may not take private information from inside the Community and use it outside the Community without authorization.
Users may not share private group content, screenshots, recordings, messages, training materials, opportunity materials, vendor/provider details, compensation structures, non-public member information, or protected business information without authorization.
Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes non-public, confidential, proprietary, sensitive, trade-secret, commercially valuable, restricted, or private information disclosed, discussed, provided, introduced, taught, trained on, demonstrated, made available, accessed, or otherwise communicated through the Site, Community, Owner, authorized representatives, private groups, courses, opportunity pages, calls, emails, text messages, meetings, documents, recordings, messages, forms, proposals, or portal access.
Confidential Information may include:
- Vendor, provider, program, referral source, funding source, strategic partner, or service information.
- Client paths, provider paths, vendor paths, lead channels, program details, service offerings, pricing, compensation concepts, commission structures, referral arrangements, override concepts, residual concepts, and revenue-sharing concepts.
- Business models, strategies, methods, procedures, workflows, systems, training materials, scripts, presentations, processes, marketing concepts, sales concepts, lead submission methods, client intake methods, routing methods, and business-development pathways.
- Information about members, clients, prospective clients, inviters, sponsors, agents, associates, partners, referral partners, vendors, suppliers, service providers, consultants, contractors, affiliates, or business relationships.
- The fact that discussions, training, evaluations, introductions, or potential relationships are taking place.
- Notes, summaries, compilations, analyses, recordings, copies, screenshots, extracts, adaptations, or materials that contain, reflect, are based upon, or are derived from Confidential Information.
- Any information that, based on its nature or the circumstances of disclosure, should reasonably be understood as confidential, proprietary, sensitive, restricted, private, or commercially valuable.
Confidential Information does not need to be marked “confidential” to be protected.
Exclusions
Confidential Information does not include information that a user can prove through written records or other reliable records:
- Is or becomes publicly available through no breach of these Policies.
- Was lawfully known to the user before disclosure and was not subject to any confidentiality, non-use, or non-circumvention obligation.
- Is lawfully received from a third party who had the legal right to disclose it without restriction.
- Is independently developed without use of or access to Confidential Information.
- Must be disclosed by law, subpoena, court order, arbitration order, or governmental authority, provided the user gives prompt notice where legally permitted and reasonably cooperates to limit disclosure.
Reliable records may include vendor records, portal records, emails, contracts, CRM records, written communications, deal history, vendor confirmation, or other reliable documentation.
Protected Relationships
Protected Relationships may include vendors, service providers, program providers, funding sources, referral sources, clients, prospective clients, members, inviters, sponsors, agents, associates, partners, strategic partners, leads, opportunities, business relationships, programs, services, processes, training, compensation structures, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, vendor paths, client paths, or business-development pathways introduced, disclosed, identified, discussed, trained on, routed, or made available through the Owner, Site, Community, or an authorized participant.
Protected Relationships do not include relationships the user can prove were already known to the user, already active, independently developed, publicly available, lawfully received from a third party without restriction, or unrelated to Confidential Information, protected materials, private Community access, protected introductions, or protected referral/sponsor paths.
Protected Opportunities
Protected Opportunities include specific non-public, private, restricted, confidential, internal, member-only, invite-only, relationship-based, referral-based, sponsor-based, business-development, vendor, provider, program, client, prospective-client, lead, referral, funding, consulting, service, compensation, strategic, or commercial opportunities introduced, disclosed, identified, discussed, routed, submitted, developed, evaluated, or made available through the Owner, Site, Community, private groups, courses, calls, messages, forms, documents, opportunity pages, trainings, meetings, or any authorized participant.
Protected Opportunities also include specific deals, introductions, referrals, submissions, leads, client paths, vendor paths, provider paths, sponsor paths, referral paths, compensation paths, business-development paths, or commercial pathways that are non-public and are introduced, made available, submitted, routed, developed, or pursued through the Site, Community, Owner, private materials, protected areas, or authorized participants.
Protected Opportunities do not include general knowledge, general business education, general skills, general ideas, publicly available information, independently developed opportunities, unrelated business activities, or opportunities a user can prove they already knew or developed without using Confidential Information, protected materials, private Community access, protected relationships, protected introductions, or protected referral/sponsor paths.
Protected Participants
Protected Participants may include the Owner, the ACE Community, inviters, sponsors, agents, associates, partners, referral partners, referring participants, upstream participants, or other properly involved participants entitled to accepted referral credit, lead credit, sponsor credit, override credit, residual credit, commission credit, compensation credit, or business credit under applicable written terms, provider terms, program terms, written confirmation, or approved process.
Non-Circumvention
Users may not directly or indirectly use Confidential Information, Protected Relationships, Protected Opportunities, training, introductions, vendor paths, client paths, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, lead information, program information, business methods, compensation information, or business efforts to bypass, circumvent, avoid, exclude, interfere with, or deprive the Owner, the ACE Community, inviters, sponsors, agents, associates, partners, Protected Participants, or approved referral paths of proper role, participation, referral credit, compensation opportunity, commission opportunity, economic benefit, business opportunity, or protected rights recognized under applicable terms, written confirmations, or agreements.
Users may not:
- Contact, solicit, approach, contract with, transact with, negotiate with, receive compensation from, provide services to, receive services from, refer to, accept referrals from, or otherwise conduct business with a protected vendor, provider, program, client, prospective client, referral source, funding source, strategic partner, or Protected Relationship in a manner that improperly bypasses, avoids, excludes, interferes with, or deprives the Owner or a Protected Participant of proper role, participation, compensation opportunity, referral credit, commission opportunity, economic benefit, or business opportunity.
- Use Confidential Information, Protected Relationships, Protected Opportunities, training, introductions, vendor paths, client paths, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, lead information, program information, business methods, or compensation information to create, pursue, redirect, restructure, replace, delay, reroute, expand, renew, extend, stack, or complete a transaction without proper participation of the Owner or any Protected Participant.
- Introduce a protected vendor, provider, program, client, prospective client, referral source, funding source, strategic partner, Protected Relationship, or Protected Opportunity to any third party in a manner that bypasses, avoids, reduces, eliminates, or interferes with the Owner’s or any Protected Participant’s role, referral credit, compensation opportunity, rights, participation, or opportunity.
- Use any related entity, affiliate, owner, employee, contractor, agent, advisor, partner, referral source, vendor, client, family member, or third party to do anything the user is prohibited from doing directly.
- Claim that a transaction, opportunity, relationship, referral, compensation arrangement, renewal, extension, residual, override, stacked service, or follow-on transaction is outside these Policies merely because it was modified, renamed, delayed, expanded, replaced, restructured, routed through another entity, completed indirectly, completed later, completed by an affiliate, completed through a substitute provider, or completed through a substitute client path.
No General Non-Compete
These Policies are not intended to prevent users from engaging in lawful business, pursuing unrelated opportunities, or working with other companies generally.
Users remain free to conduct lawful unrelated business, continue prior relationships, use public information, pursue independently developed opportunities, and work with vendors, clients, or contacts they already knew, provided they do not misuse Confidential Information, Protected Relationships, Protected Opportunities, private community information, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, vendor/provider information, business-development information, protected materials, or other protected information, and do not improperly bypass the Owner or any Protected Participant.
Referral Credit and Compensation
Accepted referral credit, if any, does not give a user ownership or control over the Owner, the Site, the Community, a vendor, provider, program, protected opportunity, protected relationship, referral path, sponsor path, compensation path, or member.
Nothing in this section prevents a user from maintaining a lawful, independent relationship with a client, customer, vendor, provider, or contact they already serve or are otherwise permitted to serve. However, once a client, customer, vendor, provider, or opportunity has entered an ACE-related, vendor-related, provider-related, program-related, referral-related, sponsor-related, or protected service path, users may not interfere with, disrupt, redirect, replace, terminate, undermine, or circumvent that service path, agreement, vendor/provider relationship, compensation path, referral path, sponsor path, or protected opportunity except as allowed by applicable written terms, vendor/provider terms, client agreements, program rules, written consent, or applicable law.
Referral credit does not automatically create compensation rights.
Compensation, if any, depends on applicable written program terms, vendor/provider terms, eligibility, approval, accepted referral credit, proper tracking, proper registration, written confirmation, and actual payment by the responsible party.
Accepted referral credit or compensation rights, if any, are protected when confirmed by applicable written program terms, vendor/provider terms, approved process, or written confirmation.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states that ACE is the paying party, ACE is not responsible for vendor, provider, or third-party payment failures, denials, delays, claw backs, errors, eligibility decisions, portal issues, or nonpayment.
The Owner may review, accept, reject, route, submit, process, or decline leads, referrals, users, vendors, providers, or opportunities in its discretion.
A submitted lead, referral, user, vendor, provider, or opportunity is not accepted unless acceptance is confirmed or processing begins through an approved process.
A lead or opportunity may be rejected or excluded if it is already known, already in the system, already submitted by another participant, already active, previously rejected, conflicted, unavailable, incomplete, unqualified, outside the applicable program, or rejected by the applicable vendor, provider, or program.
No Authority to Bind
Users have no authority to bind the Owner, sign agreements for the Owner, make commitments for the Owner, approve clients, approve vendors, guarantee results, promise compensation, quote final pricing, modify provider terms, waive requirements, use the Site’s name or branding in an unauthorized manner, or represent that they are employees, officers, directors, owners, or authorized legal agents of the Owner unless expressly authorized in writing.
Independent Status; No Employment or Legal Agency
Use of the Site, participation in the Community, access to opportunities, use of referral or sponsor features, or acceptance of these Policies does not create an employment relationship, legal agency relationship, franchise, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, ownership interest, guaranteed independent contractor relationship, or guaranteed compensation relationship with the Owner.
Users are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, registrations, insurance, expenses, tools, business operations, and compliance obligations unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
Personal, Entity, and Third-Party Obligations
If a user accesses the Site individually, the user is personally responsible for complying with these Policies.
If a user accesses the Site on behalf of a company, entity, team, affiliate, employer, contractor, client, or other organization, the user represents that they have authority to do so and that the organization is also responsible for complying with applicable Policies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A user may not avoid these Policies by using a different entity, affiliate, owner, employee, contractor, representative, family member, successor, substitute company, or third party to do anything the user is prohibited from doing directly.
Return or Destruction of Protected Materials
Upon request, users must promptly return, delete, or destroy Confidential Information, protected materials, training materials, vendor/provider information, lead information, client information, member information, screenshots, recordings, summaries, notes, files, downloads, portal materials, and all copies or derivatives, except to the extent retention is required by law. Any retained information remains subject to these Policies.
Compliance With Laws and Program Rules
Users must comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, licensing requirements, privacy laws, data protection laws, advertising laws, consumer-protection laws, anti-corruption laws, insurance laws, lending laws, securities laws, tax laws, employment laws, and vendor/provider/program rules applicable to their activities.
Users may not engage in any activity that would cause the Owner, Site, Community, vendors, providers, members, protected participants, or opportunity participants to violate applicable law or program rules.
Future Agreements and Program-Specific Terms
These Policies do not replace or prevent future agent agreements, associate agreements, partner agreements, vendor agreements, provider agreements, referral agreements, lead forms, compensation confirmations, commission agreements, program terms, opportunity-specific terms, or other written agreements.
If a separate written agreement, program term, vendor/provider term, lead form, compensation confirmation, or opportunity-specific term expressly applies, that document controls for that specific relationship, opportunity, program, compensation issue, or transaction to the extent of any direct conflict.
Electronic Acceptance
Checkbox acceptance, clickwrap acceptance, account registration, platform acceptance, electronic signature, typed signature, email confirmation, written confirmation, or continued access after acceptance may be used to confirm agreement to these Policies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Users may be required to re-accept updated Policies, opportunity-specific terms, or private-area terms before continued access is allowed.
Survival
Confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-use, community privacy, protected relationship, protected opportunity, protected participant, referral path, sponsor path, invite path, and accepted referral/compensation path obligations continue after account suspension, termination, removal, or loss of access where legally permitted.
Confidential Information, private materials, proprietary information, trade secrets, protected vendor paths, protected opportunity information, protected relationships, and proprietary business methods remain protected for as long as they remain confidential, private, proprietary, or legally protectable.
Accepted referral paths, compensation paths, renewals, residuals, overrides, stacked services, protected deals, and commercially connected opportunity paths remain protected for as long as they remain active, payable, renewable, commercially connected, unresolved, or otherwise in play under applicable written terms, vendor/provider terms, approved processes, or written confirmations.
If a user leaves or loses access to the Community and has no active deal, no accepted referral path, no pending opportunity, no payable compensation path, and no ongoing protected relationship, the general non-circumvention obligations continue for five (5) years after departure or loss of access, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Moderation, Suspension & Termination
We may moderate, restrict, remove, hide, suspend, terminate, or limit access to accounts, groups, posts, comments, courses, private areas, opportunities, or features if we believe a user has violated these Policies, created risk, harmed trust, misused the platform, violated law, violated program rules, violated vendor/provider rules, or interfered with community purpose.
Moderation actions may include:
- Warning a user.
- Removing content.
- Restricting posting.
- Removing access to groups, courses, opportunities, or private areas.
- Suspending or terminating accounts.
- Reporting unlawful conduct to authorities.
- Preserving records for legal, compliance, security, moderation, privacy, or dispute purposes.
We may moderate the Site but do not guarantee that we will review every post, comment, message, profile, group, or user activity.
Termination does not create new compensation rights, guarantee future compensation, or require us to continue providing access, training, opportunities, introductions, or participation.
Termination does not affect confidentiality obligations, non-circumvention obligations, protection of protected relationships and opportunities, valid referral credit or compensation rights already earned and payable under applicable written terms, payment obligations owed by a vendor/provider/program under its own terms, or remedies for breach.
17. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
The Site and all content, features, materials, opportunities, products, services, and third-party links are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accuracy, completeness, availability, results, savings, earnings, compensation, approvals, leads, referrals, vendor participation, provider participation, client participation, product availability, or business success.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, providers, vendors, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to the Site, user content, third-party services, opportunities, tracking systems, purchases, products, vendor/provider payment issues, third-party payment issues, or use of the platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
User Interactions and Off-Platform Dealings
The Community may help users connect, communicate, meet, collaborate, share introductions, discuss opportunities, or learn about products, services, programs, or relationships. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement with the Owner, the Owner is not a party to and is not responsible for off-platform communications, meetings, transactions, relationships, employment arrangements, contractor arrangements, investments, loans, sales, purchases, services, advice, agreements, disputes, injuries, losses, claims, defamation, libel, slander, or other dealings between users or between users and third parties, even if the initial introduction, connection, referral, message, or relationship began through the Site or Community.
Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence, safety, communications, representations, agreements, meetings, professional advice, legal decisions, tax decisions, business decisions, and dealings with other users or third parties.
Nothing in this section limits any valid written obligation, accepted referral path, confidentiality obligation, non-circumvention obligation, policy violation remedy, or obligation imposed by applicable law.
Security Incidents, Cyberattacks, and Unauthorized Access
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the Site and personal information, but no website, platform, hosting environment, software system, AI tool, payment system, communication system, or online community can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from attack.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner is not responsible for losses, damages, interruptions, unauthorized access, data loss, misuse, disclosure, account compromise, platform disruption, business interruption, lost profits, lost opportunities, or other harm caused by cyberattacks, hacking, malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, social engineering, AI-assisted attacks, denial-of-service attacks, malicious code, user misconduct, compromised user accounts, third-party service-provider failures, hosting failures, platform failures, payment processor failures, vendor/provider failures, or other events outside the Owner’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Policies limits any non-waivable obligation the Owner may have under applicable privacy, data-security, consumer-protection, breach-notification, or other applicable laws.
Force Majeure
The Owner shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to provide, deliver, perform, support, host, operate, restore, make available, process, pay, refund, credit, fulfill, or otherwise carry out obligations related to the Site, Community, courses, events, digital products, physical products, merchandise, memberships, subscriptions, support, fulfillment, payment processing, payouts, referral compensation, commissions, platform features, vendor/provider services, or other offerings to the extent caused by events beyond the Owner’s reasonable control.
Force majeure events may include acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruption, government action, utility failure, power outage, internet or communications outage, cyberattack, system outage, banking-system disruption, payment processor failure, vendor/provider failure, hosting failure, platform failure, supply-chain disruption, carrier delay, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented through reasonable diligence.
The Owner will use reasonable efforts to resume affected services, access, delivery, fulfillment, support, payment processing, refunds, credits, payouts, or related activity as soon as reasonably practicable.
If a force majeure event affects a paid course, membership, subscription, event, digital product, physical product, merchandise item, payout, referral-compensation process, refund, credit, payment, or other paid offering, the affected rights and obligations will be handled according to the applicable product-specific terms, refund policy, cancellation policy, payout terms, referral/affiliate terms, vendor/provider terms, written agreement, and applicable law.
A force majeure event may temporarily suspend or delay access, delivery, fulfillment, support, performance, payment processing, refunds, credits, payouts, referral compensation, or payment timing to the extent the affected party is actually prevented from acting because of the event. However, force majeure does not permanently cancel, waive, forgive, or eliminate payment obligations, refund obligations, payout obligations, compensation obligations, confidentiality obligations, non-disclosure obligations, non-use obligations, non-circumvention obligations, return/destruction obligations, or any obligation that by its nature should continue during or after the force majeure event, unless applicable product-specific terms, payout terms, refund terms, written agreement, or applicable law provides otherwise.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, providers, vendors, licensors, representatives, successors, and assigns from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site.
- Your content.
- Your violation of these Policies.
- Your violation of law or third-party rights.
- Your misuse of confidential information, protected opportunities, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, vendor/provider information, member information, or user data.
- Your unauthorized claims, marketing, conduct, or representations.
- Your attempt to bypass, circumvent, exclude, or interfere with the Owner, Community, inviter, sponsor, agent, associate, partner, protected participant, approved referral path, Protected Relationship, or Protected Opportunity.
18. Dispute Resolution / Governing Law
These Policies and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law applies and cannot be waived.
Informal Resolution First
Before filing arbitration or court proceedings, the parties must first attempt to resolve disputes through the support desk or other written notice and good-faith informal communication for ninety (90) days, unless emergency relief is needed or applicable law requires otherwise.
If the parties are actively working toward resolution, the informal-resolution period may be extended by mutual agreement.
Submitting a support request does not guarantee a refund, compensation, referral credit, vendor approval, account restoration, appeal approval, policy exception, legal resolution, or specific outcome.
Arbitration
Except for claims seeking temporary, preliminary, permanent, injunctive, equitable, or emergency relief, and other claims that cannot lawfully be required to arbitrate, disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Policies shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the applicable AAA rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by one neutral arbitrator.
Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, as close as practical to Santa Clarita, California, unless remote, video, telephone, or document-only proceedings are permitted by the applicable rules or agreed by the parties.
Injunctive and Equitable Relief
Nothing in these Policies prevents the Owner from seeking temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief, specific performance, equitable accounting, disgorgement, damages, lost profits, lost commissions, lost referral fees, lost success fees, lost overrides, lost residuals, lost revenue shares, attorneys’ fees, costs, or any other remedy available at law or in equity for misuse of Confidential Information, circumvention, platform abuse, intellectual-property misuse, privacy/security violations, unauthorized use of protected materials, or interference with protected rights, Protected Relationships, Protected Opportunities, referral paths, sponsor paths, compensation paths, or protected participants.
Nothing in these Policies prevents either party from seeking non-waivable relief that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Class-Action and Representative-Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class action, collective action, mass action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding.
Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties waive any right to a jury trial for disputes not resolved through arbitration.
Fees and Costs
Arbitration fees and costs shall be handled according to the applicable AAA rules, applicable law, and any applicable written agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs where awarded by the arbitrator or court, allowed by applicable law, or provided by these Policies or another applicable written agreement.
Severability
If any part of these dispute-resolution terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Additional Terms
Additional dispute, arbitration, venue, attorneys’ fees, confidentiality, enforcement, checkout, opportunity-specific, vendor/provider, or program terms may apply through separate written agreements, opportunity-specific terms, vendor/provider terms, checkout terms, or other accepted terms where permitted by law.
19. Policy Updates
We may update these Policies at any time. Updated Policies will be posted on the Site with an updated effective or last-updated date.
Where permitted by law, continued access to or use of the Site after updated Policies are posted or made available means you accept the updated Policies.
For material changes, we may require renewed checkbox acceptance, login acceptance, email notice, account notice, or other notice.
You are responsible for reviewing the Policies periodically.
20. Contact / Support

Types of Cookies
Essential cookies support login, account access, security, session management, and core Site functionality.
Performance and analytics cookies help us understand Site usage, improve functionality, identify errors, and measure performance.
Functional cookies remember preferences and support personalized features.
Affiliate, referral, invite, and sponsor cookies may help identify invite links, referral codes, sponsor paths, affiliate attribution, campaign sources, or opportunity-related tracking.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have choices to accept, reject, or manage certain cookies. You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality, login, community access, course progress, referral tracking, checkout, or other features.

- User Content, Intellectual Property & Posting Rules
– You own or have permission to post your User Content.
– Your User Content does not violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, contracts, or law.
– Your User Content is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful.
– Your User Content does not contain malware, harmful code, or unauthorized tracking.

- Affiliate, Referral, Invite & Sponsor Tracking Rules
The Site may use affiliate, referral, invite, sponsor, opportunity, and attribution systems to help track how users join, participate, refer others, and enter certain programs or opportunities.
The Site may use:
– Affiliate links.
– Invite links.
– Referral codes.
– Sponsor fields.
– Upline fields.
– Registration forms.
– Opportunity forms.
– Tracking cookies.
– CRM records.
– Manual registration records.
– Third-party vendor/provider records.
– Program applications.
– Dashboards.
– Written confirmations.
– Other tracking or attribution systems.
Affiliate, referral, invite, sponsor, and opportunity tracking is for administrative tracking and attribution support.
Tracking does not guarantee:
– Compensation.
– Commissions.
– Referral fees.
– Overrides.
– Residuals.
– Downline income.
– Revenue shares.
– Bonuses.
– Acceptance into any opportunity.
– Vendor approval.
– Provider approval.
– Client approval.
– Program eligibility.
– Any economic result.
– Using the correct invite link, referral code, sponsor field, upline field, registration form, opportunity form, and program-specific process.
– Correctly identifying their inviter, sponsor, agent, associate, partner, referring participant, referring organization, or required attribution path where requested.
– Ensuring, where practical, that people they invite use the correct link and enter required referral, sponsor, upline, invite, or affiliate codes where such fields are provided.
– Confirming program-specific instructions before registering or submitting opportunities.
– Keeping their own records of invitations, referrals, screenshots, confirmations, dates, emails, applications, sponsor/upline/referral entries, deal submissions, and vendor/program confirmations.
– Reporting tracking issues promptly through the support desk.
– Understanding that a Site dashboard may not be final proof of compensation, eligibility, or accepted referral credit.
– “I may receive compensation or referral credit if you participate.”
– “I may receive referral credit if you join or purchase through my link.”
– “ACE or I may receive compensation if you choose to move forward.”
– “Compensation, if any, depends on the applicable program or vendor terms.”
– Guaranteed-income claims.
– Guaranteed-approval claims.
– Guaranteed-savings claims.
– Exaggerated earnings claims.
– Misleading business-opportunity claims.
– False compensation claims.
– Unauthorized vendor/provider claims.
– Claims that contradict official program terms.
– Claims that imply all users will earn money.
– Claims that imply all referrals create compensation.
Some opportunities may require approved marketing language, approved disclosures, approved scripts, approved presentations, approved links, approved forms, or pre-approval of user-created materials. Users must follow opportunity-specific instructions.
- Business Opportunity, Earnings & Results Disclaimer

– Digital products may be non-refundable once paid, accessed, downloaded, delivered, made available, or used.
– Courses and memberships may be non-refundable once paid or after access begins.
– Event tickets may be subject to event-specific refund deadlines.
– Physical products may be subject to third-party return windows, condition requirements, shipping costs, restocking fees, or non-returnable item rules.
– Custom, made-to-order, personalized, downloadable, or digital items may be non-refundable.
- Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, Community Privacy, Protected Opportunities & Non-Circumvention
– Vendor, provider, program, referral source, funding source, strategic partner, or service information.
– Client paths, provider paths, vendor paths, lead channels, program details, service offerings, pricing, compensation concepts, commission structures, referral arrangements, override concepts, residual concepts, and revenue-sharing concepts.
– Business models, strategies, methods, procedures, workflows, systems, training materials, scripts, presentations, processes, marketing concepts, sales concepts, lead submission methods, client intake methods, routing methods, and business-development pathways.
– Information about members, clients, prospective clients, inviters, sponsors, agents, associates, partners, referral partners, vendors, suppliers, service providers, consultants, contractors, affiliates, or business relationships.
– The fact that discussions, training, evaluations, introductions, or potential relationships are taking place.
– Notes, summaries, compilations, analyses, recordings, copies, screenshots, extracts, adaptations, or materials that contain, reflect, are based upon, or are derived from Confidential Information.
– Any information that, based on its nature or the circumstances of disclosure, should reasonably be understood as confidential, proprietary, sensitive, restricted, private, or commercially valuable.
Confidential Information does not need to be marked “confidential” to be protected.
Exclusions
Confidential Information does not include information that a user can prove through written records or other reliable records:
– Is or becomes publicly available through no breach of these Policies.
– Was lawfully known to the user before disclosure and was not subject to any confidentiality, non-use, or non-circumvention obligation.
– Is lawfully received from a third party who had the legal right to disclose it without restriction.
– Is independently developed without use of or access to Confidential Information.
– Must be disclosed by law, subpoena, court order, arbitration order, or governmental authority, provided the user gives prompt notice where legally permitted and reasonably cooperates to limit disclosure.
Reliable records may include vendor records, portal records, emails, contracts, CRM records, written communications, deal history, vendor confirmation, or other reliable documentation.
Protected Relationships
Protected Relationships may include vendors, service providers, program providers, funding sources, referral sources, clients, prospective clients, members, inviters, sponsors, agents, associates, partners, strategic partners, leads, opportunities, business relationships, programs, services, processes, training, compensation structures, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, vendor paths, client paths, or business-development pathways introduced, disclosed, identified, discussed, trained on, routed, or made available through the Owner, Site, Community, or an authorized participant.
Protected Relationships do not include relationships the user can prove were already known to the user, already active, independently developed, publicly available, lawfully received from a third party without restriction, or unrelated to Confidential Information, protected materials, private Community access, protected introductions, or protected referral/sponsor paths.
Protected Opportunities
Protected Opportunities include specific non-public, private, restricted, confidential, internal, member-only, invite-only, relationship-based, referral-based, sponsor-based, business-development, vendor, provider, program, client, prospective-client, lead, referral, funding, consulting, service, compensation, strategic, or commercial opportunities introduced, disclosed, identified, discussed, routed, submitted, developed, evaluated, or made available through the Owner, Site, Community, private groups, courses, calls, messages, forms, documents, opportunity pages, trainings, meetings, or any authorized participant.
Protected Opportunities also include specific deals, introductions, referrals, submissions, leads, client paths, vendor paths, provider paths, sponsor paths, referral paths, compensation paths, business-development paths, or commercial pathways that are non-public and are introduced, made available, submitted, routed, developed, or pursued through the Site, Community, Owner, private materials, protected areas, or authorized participants.
Protected Opportunities do not include general knowledge, general business education, general skills, general ideas, publicly available information, independently developed opportunities, unrelated business activities, or opportunities a user can prove they already knew or developed without using Confidential Information, protected materials, private Community access, protected relationships, protected introductions, or protected referral/sponsor paths.
Protected Participants
Protected Participants may include the Owner, the ACE Community, inviters, sponsors, agents, associates, partners, referral partners, referring participants, upstream participants, or other properly involved participants entitled to accepted referral credit, lead credit, sponsor credit, override credit, residual credit, commission credit, compensation credit, or business credit under applicable written terms, provider terms, program terms, written confirmation, or approved process.
Non-Circumvention
Users may not directly or indirectly use Confidential Information, Protected Relationships, Protected Opportunities, training, introductions, vendor paths, client paths, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, lead information, program information, business methods, compensation information, or business efforts to bypass, circumvent, avoid, exclude, interfere with, or deprive the Owner, the ACE Community, inviters, sponsors, agents, associates, partners, Protected Participants, or approved referral paths of proper role, participation, referral credit, compensation opportunity, commission opportunity, economic benefit, business opportunity, or protected rights recognized under applicable terms, written confirmations, or agreements.
Users may not:
– Contact, solicit, approach, contract with, transact with, negotiate with, receive compensation from, provide services to, receive services from, refer to, accept referrals from, or otherwise conduct business with a protected vendor, provider, program, client, prospective client, referral source, funding source, strategic partner, or Protected Relationship in a manner that improperly bypasses, avoids, excludes, interferes with, or deprives the Owner or a Protected Participant of proper role, participation, compensation opportunity, referral credit, commission opportunity, economic benefit, or business opportunity.
– Use Confidential Information, Protected Relationships, Protected Opportunities, training, introductions, vendor paths, client paths, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, lead information, program information, business methods, or compensation information to create, pursue, redirect, restructure, replace, delay, reroute, expand, renew, extend, stack, or complete a transaction without proper participation of the Owner or any Protected Participant.
– Introduce a protected vendor, provider, program, client, prospective client, referral source, funding source, strategic partner, Protected Relationship, or Protected Opportunity to any third party in a manner that bypasses, avoids, reduces, eliminates, or interferes with the Owner’s or any Protected Participant’s role, referral credit, compensation opportunity, rights, participation, or opportunity.
– Use any related entity, affiliate, owner, employee, contractor, agent, advisor, partner, referral source, vendor, client, family member, or third party to do anything the user is prohibited from doing directly.
– Claim that a transaction, opportunity, relationship, referral, compensation arrangement, renewal, extension, residual, override, stacked service, or follow-on transaction is outside these Policies merely because it was modified, renamed, delayed, expanded, replaced, restructured, routed through another entity, completed indirectly, completed later, completed by an affiliate, completed through a substitute provider, or completed through a substitute client path.
- Moderation, Suspension & Termination
We may moderate, restrict, remove, hide, suspend, terminate, or limit access to accounts, groups, posts, comments, courses, private areas, opportunities, or features if we believe a user has violated these Policies, created risk, harmed trust, misused the platform, violated law, violated program rules, violated vendor/provider rules, or interfered with community purpose.
Moderation actions may include:
– Warning a user.
– Removing content.
– Restricting posting.
– Removing access to groups, courses, opportunities, or private areas.
– Suspending or terminating accounts.
– Reporting unlawful conduct to authorities.
– Preserving records for legal, compliance, security, moderation, privacy, or dispute purposes.
- Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
– Your use of the Site.
– Your content.
– Your violation of these Policies.
– Your violation of law or third-party rights.
– Your misuse of confidential information, protected opportunities, referral paths, sponsor paths, invite paths, vendor/provider information, member information, or user data.
– Your unauthorized claims, marketing, conduct, or representations.
– Your attempt to bypass, circumvent, exclude, or interfere with the Owner, Community, inviter, sponsor, agent, associate, partner, protected participant, approved referral path, Protected Relationship, or Protected Opportunity.
- Dispute Resolution / Governing Law
- Policy Updates
We may update these Policies at any time. Updated Policies will be posted on the Site with an updated effective or last-updated date.
Where permitted by law, continued access to or use of the Site after updated Policies are posted or made available means you accept the updated Policies.
For material changes, we may require renewed checkbox acceptance, login acceptance, email notice, account notice, or other notice.
You are responsible for reviewing the Policies periodically.
